2、請您確認，在簽署合同前，您已仔細閱讀過合同條款并予以理解和接受，同時我公司經辦人員已向您告知與交易房屋及合同簽署有關的信息。

3、雙方當事人應當按照自愿、公平及誠實信用的原則訂立合同，任何一方不得將自己的一致強加給另一方。為體現雙方自愿的原則，交易雙方可在補充協議中自行約定或補充約定。另外，在您簽署的合同中，除需手工填寫的地方以外，其他部分均不得隨意進行手寫補充和修改，否則將會影響合同或條款的有效性；如您確實需要對合同中條款進行補充或修改的，請您及其他簽署方在補充或修改處簽字或蓋章后，方為生效。

4、在您向鏈家地產支付居間代理費或服務費時，請向我司經辦人員索取由鏈家公司加蓋印章的專用收據；如該經辦人員不能提供上述專用收據的，請您務必謹慎付款，必要時，請與您簽約的店面經理進行確認。

5、在填寫相關合同文本時，應當仔細閱讀合同條款，特別是其中具有選擇性、補充性、填充性、修改性的內容。如遇“【】”或“¨”等需要選擇的內容，請務必做出明確的勾選，以劃“√”方式選定您選擇的事項；對于實際情況未發生、或雙方當事人不作約定、或該條不適用時，應當劃“×”，以示刪除。

6、為了保障您的資金安全，請您在向我司支付居間代理費及服務費時，優選選擇如下方式；

1. The bound volume includes Beijing Inventory House Sales Contract and Intermediate Service Contract. For each document you all need to sign in triplicate, two parties of transaction and Lianjia Real Estate each holding one copy; the contract held by each party (including parts filled out in handwriting) shall be consistent completely. The pages needing your seal and signature are Page 1, Page 3, Page 8 and Page 9.

2. Please confirm that before signing the contract, you have read clauses of the contract carefully and understood and accepted them, and meanwhile handling personnel of our company has informed you of information related to house transaction and contract signing.

3. Both parties hereto shall enter into the contract according to the principles of voluntary, fairness and good faith, and either party shall not impose its will on the other party. In order to embody the principle of voluntary, both parties can promise or supplement by themselves in the supplementary agreement. In addition, in the contract signed by you, except for places needing to be filled out in handwriting, other parts all shall not be supplemented and modified in handwriting arbitrarily, otherwise which will influence effectiveness of the contract or clauses; in case you really need to supplement or modify clauses in the contract, you and other signing parties please sign or seal at the supplemented or modified places which only come into effect then.

4. Please request the special receipt sealed by   from our handlers when paying Lianjia Real Estate the intermediary fee or service fee; please pay it carefully if the handler fails to provide the above special receipt, if necessary, please confirm with the store manager who you signed with.

5. When filling in relevant contract texts, you shall read contract articles carefully, especially that contents that can be selected, supplemented, filled and modified. If the selected contents such as "[ ]" or "□" occurred, please make a specific selection by selecting "√" to show your selection; where the actual conditions didn't occur, or both parties have no agreement, or this article is no applicable, cross "×" to show your selection.
