WES（World Education Services）成立于1974年，是美國的非營利性組織。它為有意在美國或加拿大留學或工作的人提供成績認證，是北美最大的資歷評估公司，其評估認證報告在美國高校中使用非常普遍。每年九月是留學申請的高峰季節，在留學的各個國家中，美國留學成績單認證是必不可少的一環。所以，對于想去北美留學或將來有需要在北美找工作甚至移民的伙伴來說，進行WES成績認證，是很有必要的。從2018年7月開始，中國學位及教育文憑持有者申請WES認證，可以直接由學生的本科學校的學籍管理處或學生本人（要求密封）寄出認證的相關材料。
