美國移民局對翻譯資質的翻譯公司這樣要求：

Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

澳洲移民局翻譯要求的原文是：

Translations provided by non-accredited translators overseas should be endorsed by the translator with their full name, address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated。

The original translation must contain confirmation of the following from the translator:(每一份翻譯文件都必須包含:)

1.That it is an accurate translation of the original document; (翻譯人員確認這是對原始文件的準確翻譯；)

2.The translator's full name， qualification and working unit; (翻譯人員全名，資質以及工作單位；)

3.The contact details of the working unit; (翻譯人員所在工作單位地址及聯系方式的詳細信息；)

5.The date of the translation; (翻譯日期；)
