公證書翻譯和翻譯公證的區別？
公證書翻譯，指的是將公證文件翻譯成相應的語種，僅僅是一種翻譯行為，翻譯公證原來的意思應該是，有資質的翻譯，其實應該叫做翻譯認證。是對翻譯準確性的一種宣誓。
右側是公證書的翻譯件案例，下面的藍色的字體是對翻譯內容的準確性的宣誓，包含以下內容：
The original translation must contain confirmation of the following from the translator:(每一份翻譯文件都必須包含:)
1.That it is an accurate translation of the original document; (翻譯人員確認這是對原始文件的準確翻譯；)
2.The translator's full name， qualification and working unit; (翻譯人員全名，資質以及工作單位；)
3.The contact details of the working unit; (翻譯人員所在工作單位地址及聯系方式的詳細信息；)
4.The translator's signature; (翻譯人員簽字；)
5.The date of the translation; (翻譯日期；)
